Client-Side Terms (Event Organizers)

1. Provide accurate event details during the listing process.
2. Update event details in a timely manner.
3. Platform reserves the right to reject non-compliant events.
4. Submission of the form does not guarantee approval.
5. Clients can request customized passes with sufficient lead time.
6. Additional fees may apply for custom designs or features.
7. Provide all required assets in appropriate formats.
8. Changes after design approval may incur extra charges.
9. Event cancellation or rescheduling must be promptly communicated.
10. Full payment is required before pass distribution.
